If a unit is placed behind an enemy, they will automatically follow up with an additional attack if that enemy is attacked by an ally at their front. Your positioning - and the positions of enemies - are hugely important in combat.Many of the abilities your units can use may cost 1 or even more TP to use, and you'll want to vary using basic attacks or simply moving and repositioning at times to build up TP to launch bigger attacks once you engage the enemy. Your units will start with 1 TP (tactical point), and gain an additional TP each subsequent turn.Seranoa and Roland should be at your front lines meeting enemy forces, followed by your mages and support units backing them up.Knowing what they are capable of, and when they will be able to act can help you plan ahead for supporting your team. Check the different skills and weapons of each team member, as well as their turn in the battle.It's recommended to dispatch the smaller Brigands first, pick up the loot that drops, and then rush the axe user and the bow user (Travis and Trish). Characters will restore one TP at the start of their turn. You'll notice that many special abilities consume yellow points called TP. Benedict's abilities offers support to stats such as a strength and magic increase. Use Roland's elevated height to your advantage to deal increased damage and back attacks will increase critical damage. The enemies won't do a lot of damage here but it's good practice. Your enemies will also waste no time rushing your ranged units, so setup your defenses and keep your ranged units behind Serenoa and Roland. This battle is pretty simple and introductory. Enemies: 7 (5 Brigands, 2 Boss enemies).No matter your choice, the battle will ensue. Might you be father and daughter?
